Under the Health and Social Care (Wales) Act 2025, every CIW-registered provider must publish their annual return on their own website by 30 June 2026. CIW no longer hosts these. A social media page or directory listing does not satisfy this requirement. CIW's own guidance is clear: providers will need to create a website.
